Open the You tab, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. It asks you to confirm, then permanently removes your account and all data attached to it: your logs, your weigh-ins, your coach conversations, your Future You render, your progress check-in photos and your Arena entry.

This is immediate and cannot be undone — there's no grace period and no archived copy. If you'd rather just leave the leaderboard, you can turn the Arena off separately in the same tab and keep your account.

You give it one selfie and your goal, and it renders an image of you as you could look after 90 consistent days. It's an AI visualization — a picture of the effort, not a prediction or a promise of any physical result.

Your selfie is deleted from our servers immediately after the render is created. It's sent once to our image provider (fal.ai) with no-retention instructions, used for that render, and discarded. The finished render is stored privately in your account and is never shown to anyone else.

Each account gets 3 renders for the lifetime of the account, with a 60-minute wait between them. Rendering is expensive, so the limit keeps the app free. If a render fails for our reasons, it doesn't count against your 3.

A meal photo is sent once to our AI provider (Anthropic) to work out what the food is and roughly how many calories and grams of protein, carbs and fat are in it. Then it's gone.

Meal photos are not stored by us, are never added to your account, and are never used to train any AI model. Only the result — the meal name and the numbers — is saved to your food log, where you can edit or delete it.

You never have to use the camera. Typing "two eggs and toast" works just as well, and so does scanning a barcode.

Yes — completely. Progress photos are stored privately in your own account and are visible only to you. They are never posted to the Arena, never public, never shown to other users, never sent to an AI provider, and never used for training.

Delete a single check-in to remove its photos, or delete your account to remove all of them. Both wipe the files from our storage permanently.

Because that's what they are. Nobody — no app, no human — can look at a plate and know its calories to the digit. Showing you "620 kcal" would be a made-up precision, so we show the honest range instead and tell you when confidence is low.

If the photo isn't food, the app says so rather than inventing a salad. You can always correct any estimate by tapping the entry.

One rule: do any one real thing and the day counts. Finish a workout, mark a rest day, complete a lock-in session, or log at least two meals — any of those keeps the streak alive.

You earn a freeze every 7 days, up to 2 in reserve. Miss a day and a freeze is spent automatically, so one bad day doesn't erase months of work. If you're out of freezes and the streak breaks, you can revive it once a month.

If streaks stress you out rather than help, you can switch them off entirely in the You tab and turn them back on whenever you want. Your history isn't deleted while they're off.

Press and hold their row on the Arena board. You'll get the option to hide that person so they disappear from your board, and to report the name, which sends it to us for review.

Names are also filtered automatically before they're ever shown. If something slips through, reporting it is the fastest way to get it removed — we can reset an abusive name or suspend the account behind it.

No, and it will tell you so. Aurapex gives general fitness and nutrition information for healthy adults. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and it won't help you set a dangerous calorie target — there are floors built in, and stricter ones for users under 18.

Talk to a professional before big changes to your diet or training, and stop if something hurts. If you're struggling with an eating disorder, the app will point you to real help instead of a number.

No. Aurapex is free, with no purchases and no subscriptions in this version. If paid features are ever added, the price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay anything, and nothing you already have will be taken away to sell back to you.
